Power Bank Policy
All Lithium Ion products such as power banks require a special shipping arrangement and are not eligible for free shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated on checkout.
Estimated Shipping Time
Our automated system means your order gets sent straight to our Momax Distribution Center as soon as you place it online. Just keep in mind that once 12 hours have passed, we cannot cancel or change the order anymore.
The shipping cost and delivery lead time will all be shown to you when you checkout - no surprises there!
Worldwide Standard Shipping
Momax can deliver to any address with a mailbox. For P.O. boxes outside of Australia and Europe, please select the regular shipping option at checkout. Please note that our delivery team is not yet permitted access to government buildings.
We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping service and destination. Regular postal delivery ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping address.

Expedited Shipping
Momax offers express delivery with tracking to most locations. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. For other countries, the delivery time frame is generally 4-8 business days. If your address is located in a more remote or rural area, please allow for additional transit time.
In a limited number of regions worldwide, we do not currently provide an express shipping option. This is due to the unreliable nature of express delivery services in those areas, or the lack of viable expedited shipping alternatives available.
Customs Fees
Extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Asia, South America, Africa, and some European countries that are not members of the EU. During the checkout process a message will appear for applicable countries once the shipping destination has been selected. Backorders
If any items within your order are temporarily out of stock, your full order will be held until all products are available for shipment. This policy applies to both international and domestic orders. Once your complete order has been dispatched, you will receive the associated tracking information within 1-2 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to maintain comprehensive inventory levels, occasional stock shortages may occur from time to time. In such instances, we will work diligently to source the remaining items and finalize your order as promptly as possible.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted order, please contact cs@momax.net as we would love to help you refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
There are a few things to note:
- The return shipping isn't covered
- Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Momax packaging
- 15% restocking fee will be applied on returns on unwanted gifts upon returned inspection

This warranty covers all functional aspects of the Product under normal use. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the Warranty. The warranty applies only for the products obtained and purchased from Momax retailers or Momax official website.
Momax cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products. The entire liability of Momax and its suppliers shall be strictly and unequivocally limited to the price you paid for the product. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Momax through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team at cs@momax.net with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
Maintenance service
If repair service is needed, you may require to send the defective product back to Momax Repair Center for inspection. Upon determining the issue, Momax will repair or replace the product under the warranty policy and you will shoulder the shipping fee for returning the product back to your address.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any third-party software configuration content or links, regardless of whether the third-party software configuration content or links are included in the product or downloaded to the product, and whether installed, assembled, shipped or delivered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Momax does not guarantee that any product will meet your requirements or that it can be used in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties. Momax also does not guarantee that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted. or no errors or defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.
We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. Should a dispute between you and Momax arise on the option to choose, the final decision is at the discretion of Momax. Products covered by our manufacturer’s warranty may not be replaced in case its production is suspended, or materials and parts may not be available any longer. In this situation Momax may opt to offer a credit for the amount paid for the original products. The products purchased at final discounted price in regard to discontinuation and/or liquidation of inventory on Momax website or at the stores of our authorized retailers are sold “as is” and no returns, replacement or warranty will be provided.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Momax expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that Momax shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Momax product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damage that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g., dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any non-electronic, electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the Momax product.

All parts or equipments of the product which have been replaced by Momax shall become the property of Momax.
Momax Repair Center reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee if it is found that the product requiring warranty is not covered by this limited warranty. Please be sure to make backups or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, because such content and data may be lost or damaged during the use, repair or replacement of the product. Store the content or data on the product to the extent permitted by applicable laws. In no event shall Momax be liable, express or implied, for any damage or loss arising from the loss or damage.
