Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • 1 Year Limited Warranty

Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers all functional aspects of the Product under normal use. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the Warranty. The warranty applies only for the products obtained and purchased from Momax retailers or Momax official website.

Momax cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products. The entire liability of Momax and its suppliers shall be strictly and unequivocally limited to the price you paid for the product. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Momax through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.

  • How do I make a claim?

Please email our support team at cs@momax.net with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

  • Maintenance service

If repair service is needed, you may require to send the defective product back to Momax Repair Center for inspection. Upon determining the issue, Momax will repair or replace the product under the warranty policy and you will shoulder the shipping fee for returning the product back to your address.


Our manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your right under the laws of the country in which you purchased Momax product. Momax does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than Momax.

If a material or workmanship defect arises with regards to any Momax product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our discretion:
(i) repair the Momax product using new or refurbished parts;
(ii) replace the Momax product with a new or refurbished Momax product; or
(iii) refund the purchase price of the defective Momax product. You may also have other legal rights under the applicable local consumer protection law.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any third-party software configuration content or links, regardless of whether the third-party software configuration content or links are included in the product or downloaded to the product, and whether installed, assembled, shipped or delivered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Momax does not guarantee that any product will meet your requirements or that it can be used in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties. Momax also does not guarantee that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted. or no errors or defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. Should a dispute between you and Momax arise on the option to choose, the final decision is at the discretion of Momax. Products covered by our manufacturer’s warranty may not be replaced in case its production is suspended, or materials and parts may not be available any longer. In this situation Momax may opt to offer a credit for the amount paid for the original products. The products purchased at final discounted price in regard to discontinuation and/or liquidation of inventory on Momax website or at the stores of our authorized retailers are sold “as is” and no returns, replacement or warranty will be provided.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Momax expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that Momax shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Momax product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damage that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g., dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any non-electronic, electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the Momax product.

  • Important Statements

All parts or equipments of the product which have been replaced by Momax shall become the property of Momax.

Momax Repair Center reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee if it is found that the product requiring warranty is not covered by this limited warranty. Please be sure to make backups or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, because such content and data may be lost or damaged during the use, repair or replacement of the product. Store the content or data on the product to the extent permitted by applicable laws. In no event shall Momax be liable, express or implied, for any damage or loss arising from the loss or damage.


The Warranty is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Warranty shall not affect any additional rights that you may have under the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was bought and governing the sale of consumer goods.

  • Customer

The person owning the Product, here above referred as “you”.

  • Momax

The company Momax Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and having its registered office at Unit A, 4/F, 10 Cheung Yee St., Cheung Lung Industrial Building, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, affiliated companies and assignees.

  • Product

The Momax product that is:
(i) accompanied by this warranty and
(ii) that is bought directly from Momax or from an authorized dealer (this does not apply to used or refurbished purchases).

A:   We are sorry to hear that you’ve received your item in this condition. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will assist you with a replacement through our Warranty Program as promptly as possible.

A:   Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to (Momax) and shipped back after repairing at the customers expense (unless determined by Momax as defective on arrival).

A:   Subject to material availability, repairs covered by the warranty will be carried out within 7 days of receipt of the product and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
