Terms and Conditions

The Mix & Match Madness Promotion (this “Promotion”) is organized by Momax. It is available to customers purchasing two or more products in a single order from www.momax.net (each an “Eligible Customer”).

1. By participating, Eligible Customers agree to these Terms and Conditions, which Momax may amend; the latest version on the Promotion page prevails.
2. Eligible Customers receive a 20% discount on the lower-priced item(s) in a single transaction (max 20% discount per order), on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The offer applies to orders with an even number of items; for 3 items, the lowest-priced item qualifies; for 5 items, the two lowest-priced items qualify.
3. Orders cancelled, refunded, or returned are ineligible for the discount.
4. Offer is for personal/domestic use only; non-end users (e.g., distributors, resellers) are ineligible.
5. Stock Availability: MOMAX reserves the right to limit stock on featured products. Discounts are applicable only to available inventory, and MOMAX may modify the Promotion in the event of stock constraints, without prior notice.
6. Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable: The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other products.
7. General Terms: All decisions made by MOMAX regarding the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
