Terms and conditions

1. Promotion Title and Organizer: The "Unlock Your
   Bonus" promotion ("Promotion") is organized by MOMAX Technology
   (Hong Kong) Limited ("MOMAX").
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from July 2,
   2025, 00:00 to July 15, 2025, 23:59 (UTC+0), inclusive ("Promotion
   Period"). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to customers who
   make a qualifying purchase on www.momax.net during the Promotion Period.
4. Promotion Mechanism: Customers who purchase MOMAX
   products totaling USD150 or more (excluding shipping fees and taxes) in a
   single transaction on www.momax.net, after applying any discounts or
   promotions, are eligible to select one (1) free gift valued up to USD29.99 from
   the designated gift list, subject to stock availability. Orders that are cancelled,
   refunded, or returned will not qualify.
5. Gift Selection: Customers must manually add one (1)
   gift from the designated gift list (displayed in a floating menu at the bottom
   of the screen on www.momax.net) to their cart during checkout. Gifts are not
   automatically applied and are limited to one per qualifying order.
6. Stock Availability: Free gifts are available while
   stocks last. MOMAX reserves the right to substitute gifts with items of
   equivalent value or discontinue the Promotion if stocks are depleted, without
   prior notice.
7. Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable: The free gift is
   non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refunded, and cannot be redeemed for
   cash, credit, or other products.
8. General Terms: MOMAX reserves the right to disqualify
   participants for fraudulent behavior, including use of multiple accounts or
   attempts to claim multiple gifts. All decisions by MOMAX regarding the
   Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
9. Liability: MOMAX is not liable for any loss, damage,
   or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the free gift,
   except where prohibited by law.
