Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality of service in shop and maintain brand image
2. Responsible for the daily operations of the store
3. Supervise and schedule staff shifts.
4. Motivate team members to meet performance goals.
5. Maintain visual merchandising and products presentation according to company’s standard
6. Coordinate with sales operation team for logistics arrangement
7. Responsible for stock-taking
Job Requirements:
1. Secondary graduate
2. 2 years of relevant experience
3. Customer-centric, hard-working, with positive & flexible working attitude
4. Self-motivative, independent, responsible, aggressive to achieve Sales Target
5. Strong leadership and team management skills
6. Good spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
