International Shipping (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Select Asian Countries)
- Only Travel Adapters can be shipped internationally at the moment.
- To check if delivery is available for your Country, you can see the list of Countries during Checkout. If you do not see your Country, that means delivery is unavailable at the moment. For any enquiries, please email us at eshop@momax.net or leave a message on our Contact Page.
- The shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout before payment is required.
Local Shipping (Hong Kong Only)
- Hong Kong Standard Delivery ( Within 2-5 working days)
- If order amount is under $249.99 HKD or $32 USD, the shipping cost is $39 HKD or $5 USD
- If order amount is above $249.99 HKD or $32 USD, the shipping cost is free
Local Pick Up (Hong Kong Only)
- We only have 1 location available for pick up in Hong Kong
- Address: Unit A, 4/F, Cheung Lung Industrial Building, 10 Cheung Yee Street
- There will be no extra fees or charges and will usually ready in 2-4 days (excluding pre order items)
